Failure to cancel a reservation or failure to arrive at the scheduled pickup time without notice may be treated as a no-show. No-show reservations may result in the full rental charge being applied and are not eligible for refunds.
Platinum Auto Rentals reserves the right to determine applicable late cancellation fees based on vehicle type, rental duration, service category, and timing of the cancellation.
All cancellations and refund requests are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service reserved, the timing of the cancellation, and whether the vehicle or service has already been prepared or allocated.

Any requested changes to an existing reservation, including dates, times, vehicle type, or services, are subject to availability and may result in adjusted pricing or additional fees.
Customer-initiated modifications must be requested in advance and are not guaranteed. Modifications made close to the scheduled pickup time may be treated as late changes and could result in additional charges or cancellation fees. Platinum Auto Rentals is not responsible for modifications that cannot be accommodated due to limited availability or operational constraints.
